Paige Collier will serve as the new principal at Reed Elementary School, Leander ISD Superintendent Dan Troxell, Ph.D., announced today.

“Ms. Collier is an experienced campus leader who has demonstrated success with dual language communities,” Troxell said. “I’m confident she will build upon the special school culture and further strengthen systems to ensure excellent learning experiences for all Reed ES students.”

“I am excited to join Leander ISD and build relationships with the students, families and staff at Reed Elementary,” Collier said. “As principal, I want to ensure that each child learns in a nurturing environment from collaborative and talented staff. I envision our school as a place where students thrive, lead and care for one another. I look forward to enthusiastically serving the Reed Roadrunners.”

Collier earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree from Texas State University in San Marcos. She is working toward her doctoral degree from Texas State University.
